To join a meeting by phone dial in using the number provided in your email invitation. You will be prompted to enter a meeting ID and (possibly) Password followed by the # key, so you need easy access to this information.   To join by computer
  • You will be prompted to download the software to use zoom on your computer.
  • You will need a webcam and microphone.
 

Step 1:

Click on the “Join Zoom Meeting” link in the email invitation. *If you already have a zoom account click the launch zoom.us prompt and sign in. Click “JOIN MEETING” on the top toolbar. When prompted, sign into the meeting using the Meeting ID number and Password provided in the invitation.

Step 2:

If you do not have a zoom account click “download & run zoom. Follow the prompts to download the desktop version for your operating system to access.  Zoom will “live” on your computer.

Step 3:

Once you have downloaded the desktop client you will be prompted to enter your DOB, enter your email address and create a password to open a free zoom account.

Step 4:

Follow the prompts to confirm your free account in your email.

Step 5:

You can now join the meeting using the Meeting ID and Password provided in the email invitation.
